Hi!

The problem

You don't need another to-do app.
You need to stop carrying it all.

Tasks, reminders, birthdays, that thing you swore you'd remember. It adds up.

Too many apps

Notes here, reminders there, calendars everywhere. Switching between them is a job of its own.

Important things slip

Busy days, mental load and distractions make us forget, usually the things that matter most.

No follow-through

A silent notification is easy to swipe away. Sometimes you need a nudge that won't take no for an answer.

Your brain was built to think, not to store.

Overloading it leads to stress, anxiety and missed opportunities. Hand it over, and let it go.

4โ€“7 items working memory

The average human can only hold 4โ€“7 items in mind at once. Everything else quietly gets pushed out.

Miller, 1956 ยท Cowan, 2001

Intrusive thoughts

A cluttered mind means constant interruptions that chip away at your focus and mental clarity.

What drains your productivity?

Distractions, forgetfulness and context switching quietly steal hours every week.

How it works

Three steps. That's it.
It's not your job anymore.
